The kitchen space features contemporary two-tone cabinetry, built in appliances and high poseur tables and colourful stools set alongside a woodland scene feature wall and TV screen, which was showing Wimbledon the week the staff moved in.
The main office space is open plan, featuring bank style desks, offset desks screens in Moore Stephen’s corporate colours with private offices, access to the boardroom and the main reception leading into the space on relevant sides. The space features verdant plant life and glass manifestations featuring the Moore Stephens logo.
"When Moore Stephens decided to move from our old, tired premises of over 30 years and located new accommodation we appointed Integrated Office Projects to manage the fit-out. Chris and Sarah helped to guide us painlessly through the process from initial space planning to the final move. Chris managed the building and M&E works while Sarah worked with incredible patience to find us the right, and at times quirky, furniture items we wanted. Despite working within the constraints of a Coronavirus lockdown, the project still completed on time and on budget. The result is a fantastic, modern working environment which will enable us to take our business forward whilst demonstrating our commitment to Guernsey, our industry and our staff."

Featuring a large open plan workspace and plenty of natural light, the office perfectly demonstrates modern office design with an abundance of plant life, sit-stand desks, ergonomic task chairs and a good size breakout space for staff.
The project included full CAT B works alongside a new office layout creating private offices, a boardroom, a new kitchen & breakout space and a new reception area.
The new boardroom features a William Hands table with seating for 12, modern light fittings, a state of art video conferencing system highlighted with a blue feature wall and branded glazed partitions.
